Pegasus Instant Messenger (PIM), is an easily configurable instant messaging facility, which provides companies with the ability to quickly define business rules or criteria which can create business alerts to individual users in the company via emails, tasks, or even pop alerts on your desktop!
Issues such as escalation of overdue invoices, customer orders below a minimum margin, monitoring stock levels or budgetary controls can now be highlighted using a user definable task or message that is automatically sent to the relevant user on the network alerting them to this critical information.
The system also provides online “chat” by allowing PIM clients to discuss and respond quickly to business issues and forward pop-up messages, increasing efficiency and customer service. This reduces the need for internal mail.
