Sage 200

With the Sage 200 Suite we are combining Sage's best-of-breed
mid-market applications for front and back-office functionality into a unique integrated suite, with the emphasis on integrated business process management.
Overview:-
In line with Sage's strategy of offering suites of software, the Sage 200 Suite offers software to manage a wide range of business processes. Typically it is used by businesses with a turnover of €2m - € 20m, but it will also be suitable for many other organisations with complex operational processes.
Many elements of the suite have evolved over a long period of time; for example, Sage 200 Financials and Commercials are based on Sage MMS, a tried and tested system available for some years. Likewise, Sage 200 CRM (Customer Relationship Management) has been available for many years as standalone CRM software.
How the Sage 200 Suite works:-
The basis of the suite is the Sage 200 Platform, which includes the following 'core' software:
- Sage 200 Financials - to manage your accounting processes
- Sage 200 Commercials - software to manage your Sales and Purchase Ordering, Pricing, Strock Management and distribution
- Sage 200 CRM - managing processes across sales, marketing, service and support teams
- Sage 200 Integration Manager - manages synchronisation between different areas of the system
- Sage 200 Project Accounting - manages project costing, billing and analysis. Add on software (Sage Web Time & Expenses) is now available allowing the remote entry of time & expenses details.
Sage 200 will also provide increased control over Sales Order Processing, with a greater speed and accuracy of order entry. You can manage the entire supply chain of your business through the advanced POP module with Sage 200, including automation of purchase orders.
So how does this benefit your organisation?
No matter how much, or how little of the software you choose to adopt, your people will work more efficiently within their own departments and with colleagues across the business.
For example, your Marketing people can track prospects, recording communications and monitor conversion rates whilst analysing key sales trends. You can easily segment and target your customers and prospects with appropriate campaigns.
Because the traditionally separate accounts and CRM functions are brought together, you can if you wish, give your sales people access to customer credit position, order quotes and purchases, along with contact and communication history.
Your Sales Manager can keep track of their team’s forecasts, pipeline and performance. Sales reports are produced with ease to show a real time snapshot of opportunities, leads, conversion rates and more.
With the Sage 200 Suite, you build the software solution to meet your business needs. Additional software can be added in all areas of your operations, helping your people work more efficiently in their own departments, and across your business.
